| Disruption of Events | Game Masters run different events and those players who disrutpt events will be subject to penalties. Such actions include but are not limited to not following instructions, continuously messaging a GM, being in a zone that they shouldn’t be in and harassing of participants. | ||
| Punking or harassing GM’s or other mobiusgames personel | Punking or harassing a Game Master or other mobiusgames employee. Game Masters will only issue 1 verbal warning before issuing penalties to the offending party. Punking includes but is not limited to showing disrespect and harassment. | ||
| Impersonation of mobiusgames employee (past or current) | Impersonation occurs when a user pretends to be a mobius employee. Imitating the name of a former or current GM or mobiusgames employee is a form of impersonation as well as imitating the Mobius Guild. This is a form of scamming and will not be tolerated. Even if the character is not used in any scamming incidents, the potential of which warrants the penalty. | ||

| Swearing and Vulgarity | The use of swear words or vulgar language that can be seen by other players is a violation. Although there is a filtering system, it can still be worked around. Remember, not everyone is the same. Each has their own creed, religion and culture. What is acceptable for you may not be acceptable by your peers. This includes the use of indecent words in character names, guilds and messages. This game has players of all ages and such sexually explicit or implicit may not be appropriate for them. It is also considered vulgar to use letters, numbers and symbols to create graphics that are sexually explicit or implicit. | ||
| Insults/Racial Slurs/Sexual Comments | The use of insults in order to degrade another. This includes but is not limited to race, religion, social standing, and/or gender. | ||
| Real-life Threats | We do not tolerate threats to players that refer to real-life violence. These include but are not limited to fights, shooting, stabbing, killing and other real-life violence. Settle your differences in the PVP areas. | ||

| Illegal Trading | Illegal trading is when a player sells or buys in-game items or mobius accounts for money, items in other games, Epoints or other items that are not part of the game. Additional notes:

| Hacking/Cheating/Bug Abuse | |||
| Account Hacking | Account hacking is accessing another’s account in order to take items, delete characters, move characters or obtain personal information about the character or about the player himself. | ||
| Use of Third Party Programs | Third party programs are those that edit or modify the MU Philippines game client which include but not limited to 1 hit hacks (1HH), speed hacks (SH), item generating programs and disconnect hacks (DC Hack). This category also includes editing the MU game client for whatever purpose. | ||
| Bug Exploitation | Bugs in the game should always be reported to the GM’s or filed in the support page. We penalize players who exploit in-game bugs for personal gain. The gravity of the bug abuse will determine the punishment (ex. delevelling of Bone Blades is a violation that merits permanent suspension). | ||
| Illegal Item Duplication/Creation | This is a very grave offense where sanction will be given not only to offending accounts but also to those where such items were distributed. Illegal items are those that are not normally found in-game. Duplicated items are those that were produced by either using a Bug Exploit or a 3rd Party Hack Program. This excludes event prizes and those from promos. | ||
| Related Accounts | mobiusgames reserves the right to terminate any or other accounts that may share the same member name, phone number, email address, mailing address, IP address and or credit card number as the offending account. | ||
| Others | |||
| Noob/Dummy/Mule Accounts | These accounts are those that only have characters below level 250. These accounts are considered nuisance accounts when it comes to violations of the Players Policies and are subject to the most extreme of punishment regardless of the nature of violaton or number of offenses. Regardless of violation, these accounts will be permanently suspended with any violation. | ||
| Multiple Violations in the Same Instance | mobiusgames reserves the right to give the heavier sanction in an occurrence where there are multiple violations in the same instance. | ||
| Multiple Violations During Different Instances | mobiusgames reserves the right to give heavier sanctions for accounts who have multiple instances of different violations and accounts that have had prior disciplinary action(s). | ||
Every violation will be subject to the current penalties and cannot be appealed. mobiusgames reserves the right to refuse access to confidential data unless required by a court of law or the Constitution.
